Assign "Ctrl+Q" to paste unformatted text in Word

View -> Macros -> Record Macro ... -> Keyboard -> "Ctrl+Q" -> Assign -> do any thing -> Stop recording

Edit the Macro: Selection.PasteSpecial DataType:=wdPasteText
